GODADDY VS HOSTGATOR - HOSTING AND DOMAIN REVIEW
This is a quick review between two of the most popular hosting companies
- GoDaddy and Hostgator. I highly reccomend both of these but here are
some points to help you decide which one suits best for your needs.
GoDaddy system can take more time to discover but it is a little bit
cheaper than hostgator when compared all hosting costs. Hostgator is
cheap also but the Hostgator Control panel seems to be to be a lot
faster, with much more characteristics and also much more practical than
control panelthat GoDaddy has developed. That being said GoDaddy custom
control is a little bit confusing as well as takes much more time to
identify and get used. As I mentioned the rates between the two both
GoDaddy and Hostgator usually tend to provide incredibly low pricing for
all packages for webhosting. When looking for budget hosting solutions,
GoDaddy has an economy plan at $5.
Generally speaking, Godaddy is a very good webhosting provider that
supplies nearly any sort of characteristic one can request in a world
wide web. (They permit upto 50Max simultaneous My - SQL connections in
Economy Deal!) I am not sure how much hostgator allows. Godaddy gives a
do it yourself option and almost anything can be adjusted to way you like but there is a little bit of learning curve. Hostgator's support team
rocks, they've gone well out of their way for me on numerous questions I
have had regarding my hosting account. Hostgator support is generally
thaught to be best in the industry.
I don't have anything negative to be
said about hostgator hosting plans but their domain registration is not
as good as GoDaddys. Not much negative feedback for GoDaddy either.
Only downside with GoDaddy is that there has been some reports about a
500 Internal Web server Error mistakes and support is not in the same
level with hostgator.

Quick recap of GODADDY VS HOSTGATOR Review:
Both promise 99% uptime but to be honest, Hostgator has provided their promise continually. You might not have to pay a higher fee in order to host a much larger web site in Hostgator or GoDaddy. Having said that, these features presented in upgraded plans are squashed with so many characteristics options that you might want to think upgrading pretty soon.
Hostgator offers however certain attributes over Godaddy. Also to
be taken in account is that many strategies that are obtainable with
GoDaddy for shorter period of time are less pricey than Hostgators, yet
normally customers want easy to use control panel which Hostgator has
got. Both companies offer round the clock help for their customers.
Hostgator looks after inquiries for pretty much anything you need to
ask, whereas Godaddy provides directs you to FAQ.
Which one to choose?
In my honest opinion the best ones are Hostgator and Godaddy. It is up to you to select the greatest hosting provider between these two. You need to think how to get good components at the most cost effective rates but also remember to consider your long term goals. You are most likely going to stick with hosting company you choose. Even thou Hostgator is the leading hosting provider supplying unequaled solutions for shared, reseller as well as VPS and private hosting. On the other hand, highest number of domain signs up goes for GoDaddy.
I would reccomend you to go hostgator if you own only few domains and pick Godaddy if you are a domainer or you need to host multiple sites. Thanks for reading this review. I hope this helps you to pick right hosting company for your needs.
