As of now, you can expect of getting domain names in 10 to 25 $, off course for one year and then you need to renew it every year.

So you are all set for the domain registration then lets do it now.

• Do a complete search for your desired domain name. Make a good domain names list. I will not recommend to keep only one in mind as most of the good domains have already been registered.
• Be clear with the Extension for your domain name. The mostly used is .Com, but this one solely depends on the topic of your site. For TV related sites, you can .tv extension and so on.
• Also keep ready with the Credit Card, as what I have seen is that most of the domain registrars only have the option of credit card. So better to be ready with the most commonly used payment method.
• So after all these  stuff, just go to any domain registrar, enter your desired domain name along with the desired extension and then click purchase button (if domain name is available).
• So pay the domain registrar and then point your hosting name servers to your domain name, which you can easily learn from your hosting company's site.
